When canceling a order include your name email address and transaction number used with the order.

Most online orders placed Monday - Friday ship the same day.

Return Policy:
You may return a purchase within 30 days of the date of purchase less shipping and handling fees.

RGA labels will be sent to you when a item is defective or if the order we sent you is wrong.

If the item is deemed to NOT be defective the shipping charges will not be refunded and a 25% re stocking fee will apply.
